Scholars Connect Outreach – Koboko Parents School

Theme: “Be Very Careful How You Live, Because the Days Are Evil” – Ephesians 5:15-16

We are excited to share a powerful update from our recent Scholars Connect school outreach held at Koboko Parents Secondary School. This special gathering brought together students, teachers and the community for a time of reflection, empowerment, and transformation under our theme derived from Ephesians 5:15-16.

During the outreach, we tackled three impactful and relevant topics:

  1. Relationships – Understanding how to build a strong relationship with God, with people, and between men and women, based on biblical principles and mutual respect.
  2. The Effects of Media – Exploring how media shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and faith, and encouraging students to make wise and Christ-centered choices in a digital world.
  3. Mental Health and Substance Abuse – Raising awareness about the growing challenges young people face, and pointing them to Christ as the source of peace, healing, and wholeness.

The response was deeply moving. More than 75 students gave their lives to Christ, a powerful testimony of God’s presence and transforming power in the hearts of young people. This remains our greatest joy — seeing lives changed and destinies redirected toward the light of the Gospel.

We thank God for this fruitful outreach and pray that the seeds planted in these young hearts will continue to grow and bear lasting fruit. We are grateful to the school administration, teachers, and all our ministry partners who made this possible.

Please continue to pray with us as we reach out to more schools and communities through Scholars Connect — raising a Christ-centered generation that will shine in these challenging times.
