Health and Hygiene

Save Life Christian Ministries engage with local communities in a variety of health and hygiene programs.

One of our team members is a Clinical Psychology Office and works with local communities to promote good mental health. This is particularly important amongst refugee communities where people have suffered trauma and dislocation.

We also have a Focus on Parenting program which includes discussions on Teenage Pregnancy. We have been able to encourage young people to discuss this issue with a large audience through access local radio.

We also teach soap making which gives access to low cost soap which helps with hygiene and overall health as well as providing an income from the sale of the soap.
