Mr. Ivan Manaba is a young Christian full of zeal and passion for missions especially to the young generation, this is evidenced by his selfless dedication to God’s service while attached to various Christian organisations. He joined the Board of Save Life Ministries in 2020 in which he has provided a contemporary and youthful perspective into the missions and activities of the ministry. Born and raised in Arua, Ivan has a clear and imperative acquaintance with the West Nile region and the general and specific issues that youth struggle with, which informs the prescription and design of mission programs in the ministry. Mr. Manaba holds a Bachelor of Science in Media technology, a Diploma and a Certificate in Procurement and Logistics Management. He is a practicing media technologist with cutting edge media skills in video filming, production and editing, audio production skills and still photography. His expert knowledge in modern video-streaming technology and gadgets places him at a strategic position to manipulate technology to reach out. Besides ministry engagements, Mr. Ivan is trained by Scripture Union as a Volunteer Trainer working up to date; after training, he is also serving as the Media Communications Manager for Emmanuel Cathedral in Ma’di & West Nile Diocese. He has also completed training in Leadership with ELIP Uganda and is currently serving as the National Secretary for ELIP Uganda. He was also attached to Arua Diocese Media Center in 2017, World Vision Uganda as a Data Analyst and with Here Is Life over the past years.
Ivan Manaba is interested in playing and watching football, reading Christian literature. He also loves travelling and discovering new places, making new friends.
