Board Advisor

Rt. Rev. Amosa Data has served in the Board of Save Life Christian Ministries since 2020. A humble but passionate man of God who has been in Christian service since his early youth. Since his appointment to the Board of Save Life Ministries, he has been instrumental in guiding and shaping the vision, goal setting, mission design and implementation and overall fatherly mentorship and spiritual oversight for the ministry. He is a prolific speaker, preacher and expert trainer in spiritual matters.
He served in various capacities in Scripture Union ministries in his highschool and local churches he has attended. At the age of 35, Rev. Amosa was appointed Bishop of Morobo Diocese under the Episcopal Church of South Sudan and was later consecrated in April 2021, an office he holds to date. The Rt. Rev. Amosa Data holds a Master of Divinity from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, a Bachelor’s Degree and other qualifications that place him at the heart of service and development especially in the Body of Christ.
In his early years, Bishop Amosa started leadership as a Sunday School leader and teacher at church level. He then proceeded to the senior youth department as a trainer for churches. Thereafter, he was appointed as a planning officer in Morobo Diocese under the Episcopal Church of South Sudan. He was first ordained into priesthood in 2015 in the same Diocese.
Rt. Rev. Amosa is a loving husband of Mama Agnes Ropani and a caring father of two beautiful children, Anthony Dada and Sarah Praise with whom he lives in Koboko, Uganda. He loves travelling, reading newspapers, following the media (radio and television), singing and dancing and his biggest passion, Bible Study.
